Fitness pole dancing
Pole dancing is a amazing fitness form, it incorporates dance, acrobatics, gymnastics, Flexibilty and strength training to create what we know as modern day pole dancing.
A lot of people think they might be to un fit for pole but at Xtreme fitness we start everyone at a foundation level designed to give confidence on the pole whilst gaining much needed strength for this harder inversions and more adventurous tricks whilst having a lot of fun.
We we offer group classes in Exeter sweat and stretch, 6 brass poles static and spinning, group classes a
so available in Honiton. If you don't think you have the confidence for a group class we also offer private tuition at affordable prices.
Aerial hoop
Aerial hoop is originally a circus piece of equipment used for performance using acrobatics, gymnastics, flexability and strength to create graceful elegant performances.
At Xtreme fitness Kirstie is Xpert trained in aerial hoop instruction, these classes are for all levels of fitness. A great fitness class for those aspiring to get fit but hugely circus inspired for this wanting to run away with the circus or gain experience for performance.
We offer aerial hoop group classes in Sidmouth at the Dissenter hall. A wonderful space with 6-7 different sized hoops, single and double point hoops, static and spinning , wonderful height and crash mats. Also available for private lessons.
Aerial silks
Aerial silks is another circus piece of equipment for performance, two long silks that hang from the ceiling, you wrap and entwin your self in the silks creating wonderful shapes, as you advance in the silks you learn daredevil drops.
Kirstie is also Xpert trained in silks which gives a whole beginner level to this amazing art.

Flexability and contortion
Have you dreamt of touching your toes? Mastering the splits? Kirstie offers flexibility or contortion classes for all levels. Having practiced yoga, flexability and contortion kirstie is able to help train you towards your flexability goals knowing the mind has just as much part to play as the body. Available for private lessons.
Personal training
Fully quilfied level 3 personal trainer and nutritional adviser Kirstie enjoys mixing weight training, with callastatics, yoga and Pilates inspired exercises. Where you want to master your deadlift or learn to hold a hand stand Kirstie can create and take you though a persoanlised plan.
